Center Point Estates HOA

Anyone interested in doing something to help our community please contact the board with ideas!

While we have our responsibilities to our Covenants and Restrictions, our greatest responsibility is to be aware of our neighbors needs and be helpful. We welcome new faces and hope we all make the time to get to know each other!

Meetings & Events

Each year in April we hold a meeting of the membership. It is an opportunity to meet new residents, learn about community changes and air concerns and solutions.

Anyone may suggest and/or  host an event! We would like to have at least one annual meal together for fun and to build our community.   Each spring some folks volunteer together to keep local roadways free of litter and debris during the state campaign.

Covenants & Restrictions

Each owner or household should have a copy of our Covenants & Restrictions, and Board members are available to answer questions or look at concerns any time. Common topics covered by the CC&R include building, livestock and dues.

The CC&R is available for download from the 'Legal postings' page, tab located in the top menu.

Membership dues are $24/year for each contiguous tract. If an owner holds multiple tracts that are contiguous, there is only one dues fee of $24/year.  Payments can be made in cash, check, or via credit card through PayPal below.

As good neighbors we try to maintain fences and manage our livestock, but we know they sometimes see opportunities before we do. Email or call around to help each other with our prized friends.

Communication

CPEHOA needs to have your best email address!  Please keep us updated so we can keep you informed.

Help your neighbors just by talking to them!  Our roster has phone numbers and email for everyone to the extent allowed, and it is not shared outside of the membership.

If you know of someone needing help in some way, use the neighborhood roster to get the word out!
